We are providing one-stop services to clients to take care of their properties and prepare necessary assistance for tenants. We are currently looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents.
- Assisting in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- Performing data entry tasks, updating records, and generating reports.
- Ordering and managing office supplies.
- Providing general support to visitors and other staff members.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Language requirements: Polish, English
