Customer Service Specialist with Hebrew and English
(Remote work)

Your tasks will involve:
  • Tending to customers via phone and e-mail according to highest standards;
  • Achieving client satisfaction levels set by management;
  • Commitment to solving and understanding customer problems in order to provide the best solutions.
This job is for you if:
  • You have a fluent command of spoken and written of both Hebrew (C1) and English (B2);
  • You have excellent manners and high personal standards;
  • You are no stranger to MS Office software;
  • You are motivated and growth oriented.
