REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with network administration of 100 workstations and IT infrastructure support;
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and MacOS administration and management;
- Experience configuring various network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, etc.);
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing;
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP;
- Experience with virtualization technologies;
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex system issues;
- Experience procuring IT equipment and software licenses;
- Relevant IT education is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure in local and remote offices;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues;
- Provide offline and online support to employees;
- Purchasing and accounting for IT equipment and software licenses;
- Interacting with contractors, service centers, suppliers;
- Preparing workstations for employees, providing them with the necessary equipment.
