RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Office maintenance, developing and executing routines to create a high-class and productive office environment.
- Front office activities: telephone calls handling.
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
- Inducting new employees to their workstations.
- Controlling correspondence.
- Hands-on experience with office machines (fax machines, printers, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good command of English (verbal and written) – minimum of intermediate level.
- Polish at least B2 level.
- Experience as a travel manager, executive assistant, secretary.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, Atlassian Software is a plus).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge in the Accounting field be.
- Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently.
- Responsibility, sociability, passion for work, initiative.
- Russian language will be a plus.
