The position is for an operation specialist with healthcare professional experience to work in a call centre environment. A 12-month contract starting immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and caregivers regarding pharmaceutical products.
- Provide accurate information about products based on approved scripts and company guidelines.
- Manage voicemail and email inboxes, responding to product-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Support project-related activities, such as report reconciliation and data review.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related field (e.g., dietitian, veterinarian, or other roles involving patient or public interaction).
- Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.
- Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and voicemail inquiries on a daily basis.
- Ability to participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing project activities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Language Requirements: multilingual candidates are preferred, with a focus on German and French. Other languages like Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and English are also important.
