Customer Service Specialist with Spanish and English

Customer Service Specialist with Spanish and English
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Tasks:
  • Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);   
  • Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management;  
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   
  • Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction. 
Requirements:
  • Language: Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1);  
  • Experience: one year of Customer Service experience is mandatory, cool if you have experience in sales;   
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic;
  • Ability to prioritize and plan;    
  • Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;  
  • Ability to solve problems;  
  • Attention to detail;   
  • Sales skills;   
  • Soft skills.
