Customer Care Coordinator with German and English

Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer queries received via website (DACH region)
- Making calls to cold leads
- Responsibility for sales calls to end users (B2B)
- Website product support
- Managing the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Delivering a positive customer experience at all times
- Supporting Customer Care Manager with regard to marketing, sales or PR projects
Requirements:
- Customer care experience (service or help desk or telemarketing)
- Excellent command of spoken and written German
- Minimum B2 level of English both in writing and speaking
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with can-do attitude self-starter
- An interest in engineering /technical area would be an asset
