Customer Care Specialist with English

At Foundever, we are looking for Customer Care Specialists with English to join an international project supporting a global brand in the wearable technology industry.

In this role, you will represent the brand by combining empathy, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills to build trust and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Please note: This is a 3-month fixed-term project.
Customer Care Specialist with English
Location: Gdańsk or Warsaw, Poland
Contract type: Fixed-term contract (3 months)
Work model: On-site training followed by remote work
 
Your responsibilities
  • Provide premium customer care.
  • Support customers with product-related questions, orders, account inquiries, and general assistance.
  • Guide customers through solutions in a clear, friendly, and engaging way.
  • Build trust and rapport by adapting your communication style to each customer’s needs.
  • Represent the brand with authenticity, enthusiasm, and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and available solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic product, application, and connectivity-related issues.
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized support.
  • Take ownership of customer cases and ensure appropriate follow-up until resolution.
  • Share customer feedback and recurring topics to support continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
  • Very good English skills (C1 level or higher).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (chat and/or phone support).
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating premium customer experiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Strong ability to represent and advocate for a global brand during customer interactions.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Confident and positive communication style with strong influencing skills.
  • Ability to explain product value and benefits in a clear and engaging way.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in dynamic situations.
  • Attention to detail and ownership of customer cases.
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and knowledge bases.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about new products, technologies, and customer needs.
