Kierownik Projektu Fit-Out (Warszawa)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
• Manage and support Contract Managers and project delivery teams.
• Monitor project performance, including budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability.
• Review project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Oversee contractual obligations and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Participate in contract negotiations and manage contractual risks, claims, and variations.
• Cooperate closely with technical, commercial, procurement, finance, and legal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
• Prepare regular project and contract performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, including contract/project management.
• Proven track record in leading and supervising construction contracts independently.
• Experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, budgeting, and project controls.
• Knowledge of contract negotiations, claims management, and risk assessment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
