Project Coordinator with English

Job description
You’ll be part of the team creating the content for Eduboom’s platform in Poland. You’ll coordinate all steps of the product development process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating various subteams within the Educational Content department – teachers, animators, voice-over artists, etc.
- Actively communicating with all colleagues involved in the process
- Creating schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
- Overseeing the quality of task execution across all participants
- Contributing to the design of new workflows and the development of existing ones
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and Polish
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to plan timelines and ensure smooth execution
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to give, receive, and integrate feedback
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools
- Motivation to contribute to the development of education in Poland
