- Design, implement, and manage security controls and processes to protect our systems and data.
- Collaborate with IT, cloud and development teams to integrate security best practices into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Lead the process of documenting information about our systems and services, ensuring that all security-related aspects are accurately captured and maintained.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, audit process, evidence and guidelines.
- Assist technical teams in implementing security requirements and maintaining documentation related to these requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance and security integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
W realizacji zadań pomoże Ci:
- Knowledge of Security: A broad understanding of technical security concepts, including network security, application security, and data protection.
- Documentation Skills: Strong skills in creating and managing comprehensive documentation, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level (Stanag 3,3,3,3).
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security issues.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Nice to have:
- Certifications: Any relevant security certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and other.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or IT industry.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.q. CIS Controls), as well as experience with security tools and technologies.
As a Security Generalist at T-Mobile, you will play a key role in ensuring that our security processes and systems are thoroughly documented and that our technical teams are well-informed about security requirements. You will work closely with various technical teams to help them understand and implement security best practices, ensuring compliance with our security policies.
