At Medicover, we have a de-centralised approach to Compensation and Benefits across our markets. We also operate a number of corporate locations and have a level of responsibility to report on all aspects of our Compensation and Benefits elements, policies and procedures to the Medicover Board.
Therefore, this role, reporting to the Global C&B Head, will cover those aspects and more specifically be responsible for:
- The design/review of C&B policies, programs and its implementation including job gradings for targeted populations.
- Ensures the competitiveness of compensation practices within the markets (benchmarks/comp-ratio).
- Acts as the guardian of the operational excellence in the implementation of C&B policies and processes and their continuous improvement.
- Defines senior leadership compensation structures including benefits pertaining to working in host countries.
- Manages the salary review & short-term bonus payments process (end2end), advising & guiding key stakeholders along the way.
- Coordinate the administration of the Medicover LTI (PSP) process & associated applications.
- Develops, manages and/or maintains a good relationship with internal/external stakeholders/suppliers in the field of comp&ben elements.
- Seeks consolidation of benefits where possible with various suppliers across multiple markets.
- Coordinates reporting for Remuneration Committee.
- +7 years experience in Comp and Ben, preferably for an international organisation.
- You have a structured and analytical mind set, with a high attention to detail.
- You’re familiar with the CSRD ESRS-S1, EU Pay directive and Gender Pay Gap measuring.
- You’re experienced with implementation projects of global, corporate HR systems and solutions (e.g. SAP, Workday, Oracle or others).
- Pragmatic, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, as well as being able to collaborate with people from all levels in the organisation.
- You are committed and discrete (working with confidential data) with a high degree of accountability, credibility, assertiveness and integrity.
- Strong Planning and organization skills and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
