The Employee Lifecycle Specialist is responsible for ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of HR administrative services throughout the employee lifecycle. The role supports multiple markets and focuses on processing employee changes, maintaining accurate HR records in SAP and related systems, and delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders. This role is crucial in supporting standardization, compliance, and enhancing the employee experience across the HR function.
End-to-End HR Administration
- Process employee lifecycle events (onboarding, changes, offboarding) in SAP HR and other relevant systems in accordance with corporate and local policies
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and compliance
Service Delivery & Stakeholder Support
- Deliver timely, efficient, and high-quality HR services to stakeholders from multiple markets
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels and quality standards
Process Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and data protection policies
Process Improvement & Standardization
- Identify improvement opportunities in processes and systems
- Contribute to the documentation and implementation of enhancements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with internal HR teams and business partners
- Foster open communication and maintain a strong customer service mindset
- University degree preferre
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar role in a multinational environment. Previous experience in customer service or a GBS (Global Business Services) center is a plus
- Fluency in English and Romanian is required
- SAP HR - nice to have; MS Office proficiency
- Strong knowledge of HR Administration, Organizational Management processes
- Customer service mindset, team-oriented, open-minded, flexible, accurate, and detail-focused
